Decks and outdoor living
At CasaVilla Constructions, we believe quality is in the details.
A Northern Beaches carpentry company led by Davey Lloyd
Casa Villa Constructions builds the outdoor and indoor spaces people live in: hardwood decks and pergolas, curved fences and privacy screens, fireplace walls, built-in joinery, shop fit-outs and one-off bespoke pieces.
Every job gets honest communication, clean finishes and workmanship that is built to last. We also back local builders with reliable carpentry labour when they need an extra pair of hands.

About
Meet Davey
Davey Lloyd started Casa Villa Constructions in 2025 to build the kind of spaces he is proud to put his name on. He works closely with homeowners, designers and local builders, and treats every job, big or small, like it is his own home.
You will see him on site, and in the videos he films on his jobs: explaining how a deck goes together, owning the tricky bits and sharing the finished result.
